Public Health to examine Federal health care
programs designed to improve access to health care for
uninsured and medically underserved rural and urban
populations.

Services Administration (HRSA) consolidated health centers
programs providing health care services to individuals in
medically underserved areas, and National Health Service Corps
(NHSC) programs providing educational financial assistance to
health care professionals who agree to serve for a specific
time in communities with a shortage of health care
