ACP-ASIM Resources on the UninsuredThe ACP-ASIM has a longstanding commitment to developing solutions to the problem of the uninsured. In early 1999 the ACP-ASIM developed a plan to provide health insurance to more than 10 million Americans as a down payment on universal coverage using a combination of tax credits, an expansion of existing government programs, and targeted subsidies.
