Food Quality
Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996, which revises Federal pesticide
regulatory programs by replacing the Delaney clause with a single negligible
risk assessment-based standard applicable to tolerances of pesticide residues in
raw and processed foods, and by facilitating registration of pesticides for
low-volume use on minor crops.
