Micro Radio Gerry Hadden from member station KPLU in Seattle reports that the FCC has ended a public comment period regarding regulations on micro-radio stations. For the past ten years the agency has been tracking down tiny pirate stations that have been operating illegally. Later this month the FCC will decide whether to license low-power FM radio. (5:54)
