Updated Witness Lists For Congressional Hearings On "Conservation &
Reinvestment Act" & "Resources 2000"
Washington, D.C. - The U.S. House Committee on Resources will conduct two
days of hearings next week on two bills that increase funding for national
conservation and recreation programs.
The two bills are:
- "The Conservation and Reinvestment Act of 1999" (H.R. 701)
- "Permanent Protection for America's Resources 2000" (H.R. 798)
The hearings are scheduled on:
- Tuesday, March 9th, 11 a.m. in 1324 Longworth HOB
- Wednesday, March 10th, 11 a.m. in 1324 Longworth HOB
