Committee Serial No. 106-51. Hearing before the Subcom on Oversight and
Investigations to review risks and benefits to consumers of pharmaceutical sales
over the Internet. Examines regulatory issues raised by online
pharmaceutical sales, including sales by unlicensed online
pharmacies that dispense drugs without requiring individuals to
previously obtain a prescription from a personal physician.
