Have your doctor call your prescription in to us directly, right after your appointment at (888) 416-2287. This option will definitely help us get your prescription to you sooner.
Follow a few online steps, and we'll contact your doctor to confirm that your prescription information is correct.

These choices mean that you don't have to mail us the original prescription, or even be able to read your doctor's handwriting.

Exception: Federal regulations require that we receive an original prescription from your doctor for any Schedule II Controlled Substances before we can fill the order.

Refill Your Prescriptions
After you've completed the process of ordering a prescription online at CVS.com once, refills are even easier to fill because we securely and confidentially store your patient information. Just like your local pharmacy would.

You can order a refill online with just the Prescription Number and CVS/pharmacy Store Number on your prescription label, and choose to either pick it up at your local CVS/pharmacy, or have it delivered right to your doorstep.
