An Act
To enhance security of United States missions and personnel overseas,
to authorize appropriations for the Department of State for fiscal year 2000,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ENACTMENT OF BANKRUPTCY REFORM ACT OF 2000.
The provisions of S. 3186 of the 106th Congress, as introduced on October
11, 2000, are hereby enacted into law.
SEC. 2. PUBLICATION OF ACT.
In publishing this Act in slip form and in the United States Statutes at
Large pursuant to section 112 of title 1, United States Code, the Archivist of
the United States shall include after the date of approval an appendix setting
forth the provisions referred to in section 1.
