SUMMARY:
Continuation of hearings before the Subcom on Transportation Appropriations to
consider FY2000 budget requests for DOT and related agencies.
This volume considers FAA budget request and examines FAA financing issues and

aviation security and safety programs, including air traffic control modernization
initiatives.
