Committee Serial No. 106-50. Hearing before the Subcom on Early Childhood,
Youth, and Families to assess the effectiveness of elementary
and secondary bilingual education programs in teaching English language skills,
in connection with upcoming reauthorization of Department of Education bilingual
education assistance programs under the Bilingual Education Act which was
enacted as a part of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act
(ESEA) of 1965.
