SUMMARY:
Hearing to examine Indian-related
provisions of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of
1965 (ESEA), in connection with upcoming authorization. Examines ESEA
reauthorization proposals to amend P.L. 95-561, the Education Amendments of
1978, and P.L. 100-297, the Indian Education Act of 1988, to revise operations
of BIA operated and funded schools.
