SUMMARY:
Hearing before the Subcom on Employment, Safety, and Training to examine the anticipated impact on health care providers and patients, including those involved in medicare and medicaid programs, of OSHA proposed rulemaking to promulgate a national ergonomics standard to address concerns about the relationship between repetitive workplace tasks and musculoskeletal disorders.
