SUMMARY:
Committee Serial No. 106-86. Hearing in Elko, Nev., before the Subcom on Forests and Forest Health to examine issues related to reconstruction of a road within Humboldt National Forest in Nevada, known as Jarbidge South Canyon Road, that was damaged by flooding in 1995.
 
Focuses on dispute between Elko County, Nev. and the Forest Service over Forest Service opposition to reconstruction of Jarbidge South Canyon Road in order to protect endangered bull trout habitats.
