[Bookstore owner Bill PETROCELLI - says he has to charge his customers sales tax.] The opposition of states to the federal government's decisions not to tax e-commerce noted. [Utah Governor Mike LEAVITT - says a small group would have privileges.] [Virginia Governor Jim GILMORE - says there should be no speculating on taxes at this time.]
