SUMMARY:
Committee Serial H.A.S.C. No. 106-35. Hearing to review Administration policy
regarding export of high performance computers (HPCs) with potential military
or nuclear applications, in light of July 1999 Administration decision to
increase the computer performance threshold that triggers the Government
computer export notification process under the FY98 National Defense
Authorization Act (NDAA).
