   H. Res. 464 (text, p. 62-64), to express the sense of Congress that the International Committee of the Red Cross should grant the Israeli relief organization Magen David Adom Society full membership into the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and accord its symbol the Red Shield of David the same protections under international law as the Red Cross and the Red Crescent. Resolution was requested to be considered under suspension of the rules.
   H. Res. 449 (text, p. 65-68), to congratulate Senegal on the successful conclusion of March 2000 presidential elections, and to congratulate out-going President Abdou Diouf for his contributions to democracy and urge President-elect Abdoulaye Wade to enter into political negotiations with the Secessionist Movement of Democratic Forces in the Casamance rebel group. Resolution was requested to be considered under suspension of the rules.
   H.R. 4251 (text, p. 69-74), the Congressional Oversight of Nuclear Transfers to North Korea Act of 2000, to amend the North Korea Threat Reduction Act of 1999 to require that the President obtain Congressional approval before effecting a nuclear cooperation agreement with North Korea. . Resolution was requested to be considered under suspension of the rules.
   H. Con. Res. 304 (text, p. 76-83), to condemn human rights violations in Belarus and lack of progress toward the establishment of democracy, and to call on President Alyaksandr Lukashenka's regime to negotiate with the representatives of the opposition and restore the constitutional rights of the Belarusian people. Resolution was requested to be considered under suspension of the rules.
   H.R. 4022 (text, amendments, p. 84-90), the Russian Anti-Ship Missile Nonproliferation Act of 2000, to prohibit the President from rescheduling or forgiving any bilateral debt owed by Russia to the U.S. until the President certifies that Russia has permanently terminated all sales and transfers of Moskit anti-ship missiles to countries that endanger U.S. national security, including the People's Republic of China, or waives the prohibition and certifies that the waiver is vital to U.S. national security. Amended bill was favorably reported.
   H.R. 3680 (text, amendments, p. 91-94), to amend the National Defense Authorization Act for FY98 to reduce the Congressional review period from 180 to 30 days for computer companies to export high performance computers with potential military or nuclear applications. Amended bill was favorably reported.
   H. Con. Res. 295 (text, amended text, p. 95-104), to urge Vietnam to protect religious freedoms and basic human rights and formally commit to institute a process of democracy with open and fair elections. Amended resolution was requested to be considered under suspension of the rules.
   H.R. 3879 (text, amended text, amendment, p. 105-130), the Sierra Leone Peace Support Act of 2000, to authorize FY2001 appropriations to assist Sierra Leone with implementation of the Lome Peace Agreement signed by the Government of Sierra Leone, the Revolutionary United Front, and the former Sierra Leonean army in July 1999 to end civil unrest. Amended bill was requested to be considered under suspension of the rules.
