SUMMARY:
Hearing before the Subcom on International Trade and Finance to examine issues relating to reauthorization of the Export Administration Act (EAA), which governs the U.S. export control system and expired in 1994.
 
Examines the role of multilateral export control regimes, established by the U.S. and other countries to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and conventional weapons.
