A BILL
To repeal certain travel provisions with respect to Cuba and certain
trade sanctions with respect to Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, and Sudan, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF CERTAIN TRADE SANCTIONS AND TRAVEL PROVISIONS.
(a) REPEALS- Sections 908 and 910 of the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export
Enhancement Act of 2000 (as enacted by section 1(a) of Public Law 106-387) are
hereby repealed.
(b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT- Section 906(a)(1) of the Trade Sanctions Reform
and Export Enhancement Act of 2000 (as enacted by section 1(a) of Public Law
106-387) is amended by striking `to Cuba or'.
