AT&T Broadband said it has wrapped up its fourth open-access cable modem deal for Massachusetts. Empire.net, an Internet service provider in Nashua, said it will use AT&T's cable network to provide services under its own brand in the Bay State as well as in Maine and New Hampshire. Empire and AT&T had no comment on when Empire will begin the service or how its prices and features will compare to AT&T's standard $43-a-month residential package.
