Moratorium on nonimmigrant visas to people from specified countries: Afghanistan; Algeria; Egypt; 
                       Lebanon; Saudi Arabia; Somalia; United Arab Emirates; Yemen; and any "State Sponsor of Terrorism,"
                       currently – Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Cuba, North Korea, and Sudan. The bill would also amend the INA to
                       expand and make retroactive the definition of terrorist activities for purposes of deportation.
