SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF EFFORTS TO ADDRESS BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT AS A WORK ACTIVITY UNDER TANF.

SEC. 3. CREATION OF A SCREENING, ASSESSMENT, AND SERVICES PROCESS TO ADDRESS BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT.
