AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION:
Amendment expresses the sense of Congress that equipment and products purchased with funds made available under the bill should be American-made; and requires that funds provided under the bill must be expended in compliance with the requirements of the Buy American Act.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment numbered 62 printed in the Congressional Record to add Buy American provisions to the bill.
