Amendment waives the requirement for the repayment of certain paid loan deficiency payments and marketing loan gains by a group of farmers in Erie County, Pennsylvania.

AMENDMENT PURPOSE:
An amendment numbered 20 printed in the Congressional Record to add a new section providing for producer retention of erroneously paid loan deficiency payments and marketing loan gains.
