SUMMARY:
Committee Serial No. 107-61. Hearing before the Subcom on Highways and Transportation to examine issues related to reauthorization of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21), which extended and revised Federal aid programs for State and local transportation projects.
 
Also considers H.R. 3694, the Highway Funding Restoration Act, to amend TEA-21 to authorize an increase in the obligation limitation for Federal highway aid and highway safety construction programs in FY2003.
