Remember you were divided into four groups. From now on we discuss two cases per day:

 

Monday November 26, 2001

 

First session:

Group 1: Makes the pro-Bork nomination case from Chapter 5.

Group 2: Makes the anti- Bork nomination case.

Groups 3 and 4: You are the targets of the persuasion and lobbying attempts and will vote at the end.

 

Second Session:

Group 3: Makes the pro-Catastrophic-Costs Coverage case from Chapter 6.

Group 4: Makes the anti-Catastrophic-Costs Coverage case.

Groups 1 and 2: You are the targets of the persuasion and lobbying attempts and will vote at the end.

Group 1: Makes the pro-Grazing Fees case from Chapter 7.

Group 2: Makes the anti- Grazing Fees case.
